Who we are

This website is operated by the owner of lounge33.co.uk under the LOUNGE33 name. The website operator is the data controller for enquiries submitted here. You can contact us about privacy at info@lounge33.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send through the enquiry form:

• your name and email address
• your company or organisation and area of interest, if you provide them
• the content of your message

Our web host also processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure. Your IP address is used, in a one-way hashed form, to limit repeated form submissions.

How we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you and to discuss your message, including brand ownership enquiries where relevant. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you start.

We do not sell your data, use it for marketing lists or share it with third parties, other than the hosting and email providers needed to deliver your message.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless an ongoing discussion means we need to keep them longer.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not load analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this site, not a third party. If this changes, we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used, and update this policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@lounge33.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
